Note: Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs are not eligible.

The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
All accessories, manuals, cables, and original box must be included.
You must provide proof of purchase (order ID or invoice).
A product unboxing video is required to validate damage/defect claims.
3. Non-Returnable Items

Products damaged due to physical mishandling
Items used for commercial purposes
Consumable accessories (cables, chargers, batteries) unless faulty on arrival
4. Refund Policy
Once your returned product is received and inspected:
Full refund for approved claims of damage/defect.
Refunds will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping or handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
5. Replacement Policy
If your return request is approved:
You may choose a replacement of the same product.
Replacement will be shipped within 3–5 business days after approval.
6. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order before it is shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled—you may proceed with a return after delivery.
